One to one personal or virtual photography tuition sessions to help you achieve your own specific camera skill objectives. With my customised photography classes you choose the subject or task and we work through the techniques with hands-on practical learning at a location of your choice. I can help with creative and technical skills and more creative skills to compliment these and I can even bring “Mindful Photography” into the sessions if you’re interested. Bespoke photography tuition is tailored to the individual and open to any level of experience from complete beginner to advanced. We work at your pace, find out exactly what you’d like to learn and apply these objectives it in a relaxed and practical way with lots of opportunity for you to “do it”!
Zoom sessions are best for creative, composition, critique and general “pure” photography skills rather than “how to use the controls of my camera” as this is difficult when I don’t have the same camera with me.

Special packages available for groups and for multiple participant sessions so don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your specific photography learning requirements. I am based in Buckfastleigh, South Dartmoor and there are lots of excellent photography locations near here – rivers, woods, moors, etc. Often we start with some discussion and theory over a coffee at my base and then head outdoors for some practical shooting. My prices are based on tuition from my base. In the last year I have enjoyed helping complete beginners to photography who have never used a camera, right though to advanced level photographers preparing for associateship and degree panels.

Prices for One to One Photography Tuition, Devon
£45 per hour, £175 for a 4hr session, £300 for 7hr session and 45min lunch break.
Add a friend for just 50% more. Ask about group rates! Prices are based on week-day tuition time spent in South Devon starting and finishing at my base. Additional charges may apply for other areas. I am not currently available at weekends or bank holidays. I’ll email you an invoice and payment can be made by BACS.
Sessions are available on week days and week day evenings. I am not normally available at weekends. Some weekends can be made available and weekend rates are the above plus 25%
